Hello and Welcome

For Her Heart is a sanctuary

for women to nurture their heart health through self care.
We help women move beyond the

stressful thoughts invoked by heart disease awareness

to the positive energy of cultivating heart health.

A primary focus of this preventive outreach is to help women naturally reduce

arterial inflammation,  maintain healthy blood pressure and optimal HDL cholesterol.

To help women be pro-active regarding arterial and heart health

we have organized a cardio gift package of nutritional items.

Your participation in sending our gift package will nurture the

heart health of someone dear to you and help expand

the messaging of this global non profit.

A Meaningful Gift

for mother, sister, grandmother, wife or friend

to help reduce their risk of heart attack, heart disease and stroke

For Her Heart will send a nutritional cardio gift package

to your loved one.

A Compassionate Sharing

Because women tend to share experiences,

the women who receive this gift package are likely to tell their

friends about the cardiovascular benefits of these items.

This sharing of information transitions women from being

aware of cardio-vascular disease to being in a position

to prevent cardio-vascular disease.

Your donation will also help provide free community based

HDL cholesterol testing for un-under insured women age 50-65.

Nutritional strategies to increase HDL concentrations and re-testing

will be provided to women with *low HDL cholesterol levels.

A low HDL concentration is a primary risk factor for

cardiovascular disease in women.

Nutritional gifts

include foods that support the heart

and blood vessels by moderating arterial inflammation, oxidative stress,

cholesterol and blood sugar such as

milled flaxseed, oat bran, albacore tuna,
